POSITIONER

 

RRRobotica produces revolving positioning systems called "POSITIONER".  These devices, all of them with controlled axes, are used to position the parts in order to assist the robot during the process of welding, cutting, deburring, painting and assembling.

The part positioning systems of the "POSITIONER" line are:

 

 TRA / 100 rotary table with 1 controlled axis and 100 kg. payload

 TRA / 300 rotary table with 1 controlled axis and 300 kg. payload

 TRA / 500 rotary table with 1 controlled axis and 500 kg. payload

 TNA / 300 lathe with 1 controlled axis, 500 kg. payload and 90 kgm torque

 TNA / 500 lathe with 1 controlled axis, 1000 kg. payload and 140 kgm torque

 TRN / 100 rotary table with 2 lathes at 3 controlled axes, 100 kg. payload and 14 kgm torque

 TRN / 300 rotary table with 2 lathes at 3 controlled axes, 300 kg. payload and 35 kgm torque

 TNN / 100 rotary lathe with 2 lathes at 3 controlled axes, 100 kg. payload and 35 kgm torque

 TNN / 300 rotary lathe with 2 lathes at 3 controlled axes, 300 kg. payload and 90 kgm torque

 TOR / 100 orbital positioning device at 5 controlled axes, 300 kg payload and 90/140 kgm torque
